Recently, we’ve been celebrating all things CASHEW. We’ve really enjoyed discovering different ways to use our Cashew Butter with Coconut Nectar & Sea Salt, including plenty of new savory recipes. This Creamy Cashew Avocado Sauce is quick, easy, and super versatile. It’s perfect for dipping veggies, tossing in salads, or adding as a scoop (or two) to rice or quinoa bowls.
- 1 ripe avocado
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 cup parsley
- juice of one lemon
- 2 tbsp Big Spoon Roasters Cashew Butter with Coconut Nectar & Sea Salt
- 3 cloves garlic (roasted)
- salt + pepper to taste
Blend all ingredients together in food processor, and enjoy!
