Founded by husband-and-wife Matt and Clare Stoner Fehsenfeld in 2009, Quince & Apple has remained unwavering in its commitment to making products in small batches, even as its business grows. Each jam, preserve, and syrup is lovingly handmade in their kitchen in Madison, WI, using all-natural, non-GMO ingredients, sourced locally whenever possible. They taste-test every batch to make sure it meets exacting standards and are committed to making everything in-house, allowing them optimal quality control and providing jobs for their local community.
