Add your own personal color and flavor to this peanut butter marinated tempeh. An easy weeknight meal that you can dress up or down with veggies, made with our classic Peanut Butter with Wildflower Honey, but feel free to spice up with Hot Mamba Peanut Butter instead!
*Vegetarian with classic Peanut Butter and make it vegan with Hot Mamba.
Ingredients:
- 1 8oz block tempeh
- 1 ½ Tbsp sesame oil
- 2 Tbsp Big Spoon Roasters Peanut Butter with Wildflower Honey or Hot Mamba Peanut Butter
- 2 Tbsp of tamari
- 2 Tbsp lime/lemon juice
- 3 Tbsp maple syrup
