This 2021 Good Food Award-winner is full of bright Vermont gooseberries and aromatic wild elderflower syrup, elevated by a touch of sugar and lemon juice, resulting in one of the most elegant, light, and beautifully fragrant jams we’ve ever tasted. We’re piling it high on croissants (alongside our nut butter, of course), swirling it into cocktails or mocktails, or smearing it on homemade scones.
Chai Spice Peanut & Almond Butter
High Oleic Peanuts, Mission Almonds, Raw Organic Cane Sugar, Raw Organic Wildflower Honey, Cardamom, Clove, Ginger, Cinnamon, Vanilla, Black Pepper, and Jacobsen Sea Salt
Our chai spice mixture is a traditional Masala Chai blend of cardamom, cloves, ginger, cinnamon, vanilla, and black pepper, which we slowly mix with fresh-roasted, freshly milled peanuts and almonds before adding touches of raw, organic cane sugar, raw organic wildflower honey, and sea salt to create a bright, complex burst of flavor in every spoonful. True story: our founders Mark & Megan created this recipe for their wedding, and it's been a best seller ever since.
