There are few things more blissful than a juicy peach on a hot summer day. When you combine it with chamomile, sugar, and a touch of vanilla, however, it transforms into something next-level—our July featured jam, Peach Chamomile, from our like-minded friends at Quince & Apple. With honey-sweet, buttery, and floral notes, this jam is sweetening up everything on our plates this summer, from soft cheeses to flaky pastries alongside our handcrafted nut butter.
Founded by husband-and-wife Matt and Clare Stoner Fehsenfeld in 2009, Quince & Apple has remained unwavering in its commitment to making products in small batches. Each jam, preserve, and syrup is lovingly handmade in their Madison, WI kitchen, using all-natural, non-GMO ingredients, sourced locally whenever possible. They taste-test every batch to make sure it meets exacting standards and are committed to making everything in-house for optimal quality control and to provide jobs for their local community.
