We all know what it’s like to need breakfast on the fly or a quick snack after work/school. This recipe for Peanut Butter Oat Balls from the blog Livinbowld (IG @livinbowld) is the perfect, easy, make-ahead treat. Add a little melted chocolate to make them into dessert! 😍
1/2 cup oats
1/3 cup PB
1 TBSP honey
1 TSP cinnamon
1 TSP salt
Mix all together and roll into balls, chill in the fridge and after 20 minutes, get ready to dig in!!
Optional: top with melted chocolate. @livinbolwd uses Cacoco 65% golden dark drinking chocolate.
