Shipping Rates & Turnaround Times
Our handcrafted nut butters and bars are freshly made in small batches and typically ship in 3-5 business days. We offer real–time shipping rates for services including FedEx Home Delivery, FedEx Home Delivery with Signature Required, FedEx 2nd Day, and FedEx 2nd Day with Signature Required for US and international orders. These options include estimated shipping and arrival dates, so you know when to expect your package. We don’t add any handling fees, so what you pay for shipping is exactly what it costs.
Free shipping is available for orders of $70 or more within the continental United States.

**With the exceptions of APO and PO Box addresses, we have temporarily removed USPS as a shipping option due to severe delays related to increased holiday volume and COVID-19. Please note that if your order is being shipped via USPS to an APO or PO Box, the arrival estimation provided by our site may be inaccurate.**
International shipping is available via FedEx. Please note that import duties and taxes may apply upon arrival. These fees are beyond our control, are set by the Customs Authority of the destination country, and depend on a number of factors such as local Value Added Tax (VAT) rates and local import taxes. It is the customer’s responsibility to pay these fees. Big Spoon Roasters is not responsible for orders rejected by customs.
Delayed, Lost, or Damaged Packages
We do our best to ensure that your order arrives in a timely manner and in excellent condition. Once we hand off a package to a third-party carrier, we cannot be responsible for any damage, delays, or lost packages caused by the carrier. Please note that shipping carriers are experiencing longer ship times due to increased volume caused by Covid-19. Extreme weather or natural disasters can also cause unforeseen delays.
We’re pleased to offer shipping insurance via Route which covers your package if it is delayed, lost, or damaged during shipping. To add shipping insurance to your order, please select the opt-in check box at checkout. Route will send you a confirmation email with information about how to file a claim should you need to do so.
If you did not opt for Route coverage and your package is lost, delayed, or missing, please contact the carrier directly for assistance. Make sure to have your tracking number handy, which can be found in your shipment confirmation email.
For FedEx shipments, we encourage you to sign up for FedEx Delivery Manager, a free solution that offers more control over deliveries, real-time alerts, the ability to hold packages for pick-up at convenient locations, online signatures, editable delivery instructions, and options to request a vacation hold.
