INGREDIENTS
- Jarred Peach Halves (or, if in season, three-four fresh peaches, peeled and halved)
- 2/3 cup Peach Crumble Peanut & Pecan Butter
- ½ cup almond flour
- 1/3 cup coconut sugar
- 1/3 cup granola of choice
-
Pinch of sea salt
- Ground cinnamon
PREPARATION
- In a buttered 6 to 8-inch cast iron skillet, arrange your peach halves cut side-down to cover the bottom of the pan. Sprinkle ground cinnamon on top.
- In a bowl, mix Peach Crumble nut butter, almond flour, coconut sugar, granola, a pinch of sea salt, and a sprinkle of ground cinnamon (measure with your heart!) until cohesive and crumbly—it should be the texture of a streusel topping!
- Top the peach halves with the crumble mixture.
- Bake in a 350-degree Fahrenheit oven for 20-30 minutes or until the crumble is golden brown and crispy.
- Top with whipped cream, a scoop of yogurt, or ice cream—or just enjoy fresh from the pan!
