INGREDIENTS

  • Jarred Peach Halves (or, if in season, three-four fresh peaches, peeled and halved)
  • 2/3 cup Peach Crumble Peanut & Pecan Butter
  • ½ cup almond flour
  • 1/3 cup coconut sugar
  • 1/3 cup granola of choice
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • Ground cinnamon

PREPARATION

  1. In a buttered 6 to 8-inch cast iron skillet, arrange your peach halves cut side-down to cover the bottom of the pan. Sprinkle ground cinnamon on top.
  2. In a bowl, mix Peach Crumble nut butter, almond flour, coconut sugar, granola, a pinch of sea salt, and a sprinkle of ground cinnamon (measure with your heart!) until cohesive and crumbly—it should be the texture of a streusel topping!
  3. Top the peach halves with the crumble mixture.
  4. Bake in a 350-degree Fahrenheit oven for 20-30 minutes or until the crumble is golden brown and crispy.
  5. Top with whipped cream, a scoop of yogurt, or ice cream—or just enjoy fresh from the pan!
