Pistachio Crunch Almond Butter has been on quite a journey — from one of our most popular Limited Batch nut butters to a member of our permanent lineup, and now, to superstar status as a 2023 Good Food Award winner. We are so grateful for all the positive feedback and praise this recipe has garnered over the years! 

This West Coast-inspired vegan almond butter is crafted simply with heirloom Mission almonds, crunchy whole California pistachios, organic maple syrup, and a touch of Jacobsen sea salt. The velvety result offers the perfect amount of crunch and feels like a warm summer breeze dancing through sky-high palm trees (but perfect for every season). It’s one of our favorite creations yet.  

Pistachio Crunch Almond Butter is ideal for fancying up your brunch spread, smearing thickly on sandwiches, or—like many who sang its praises the first time around—eating straight from the jar.
