Pistachio Crunch Almond Butter has been on quite a journey — from one of our most popular Limited Batch nut butters to a bestselling member of our permanent lineup, and on to superstar status as a Good Food Award winner. This West Coast-inspired almond butter is handmade with heirloom Mission almonds, crunchy whole California pistachios, Organic Vermont maple syrup, and a touch of Jacobsen sea salt. The velvety result offers the perfect amount of crunch and feels like a warm summer breeze dancing through sky-high palm trees (but perfect for every season). We love this nut butter as part of any brunch spread or cheese board, smeared thickly on sandwiches, or eaten straight from the jar.
They might be the best-tasting almonds in the world, but Mission almonds are also nutrition powerhouses, offering vitamin E, magnesium, and 20% more protein than other almond varieties. In addition, they require less water for cultivation, making them a more environmentally sustainable choice. Unlike many almond butter makers out there, we mill our almonds with their anti-inflammatory skins intact, further boosting their antioxidants and heart-healthy fiber in our nut butters.
Grown in the sunny days and cool nights of California’s San Joaquin Valley without pesticides, our pistachios are a great source of heart-healthy fats, fiber, protein, antioxidants, and nutrients like vitamin B6 and thiamine.

We offer real–time shipping rates for services including USPS Priority Mail, USPS Retail Ground, FedEx – 2nd Day, and FedEx Home Delivery. These options include estimated shipping and arrival dates, but please note that delivery dates are not guaranteed, as they are subject to change by carrier. We don’t add any handling fees to your orders, and we work hard to negotiate the best shipping rates available.

INGREDIENT INTEGRITY
Each ingredient we use is carefully sourced based on our strict standards for taste, sustainability, transparency, and the fair and ethical treatment of everyone involved in producing it. Most of our ingredients are Certified Organic and all are GMO-free. We work exclusively with whole, natural foods, and you won’t find gluten, soy, or anything described as a “flavor” among our ingredients. We also never use fillers or shelf stabilizers like palm oil, hydrogenated oils, or partially hydrogenated oils.
SMALL-BATCH CRAFT
Our skilled food artisans roast, toast, measure, and mix each batch by hand to exacting standards to get the pinnacle of taste and freshness from each ingredient. The small scale of our batch process allows us to craft each jar and bar with incredible precision and care you can taste. This level of focus also allows us to carefully inspect and taste each product to make sure it meets our standards before it is packaged and delivered. Not sure what I was expecting exactly but the Pistachio Crunch Almond Butter is fabulous! I tried it on crackers but my favorite way to eat it is by the spoon full! This is so tasty and crunchy... Definitely will buy the bigger jar next time!

Best nut butter we’ve ever had, by far. Tastes fresh, appreciate the sourcing of quality ingredients and care in the making. Bee friendly almonds - thank you! I was hesitant to try nut butter with any sweetener at all, and found this to be fantastic. Not too sweet, no refined sugar. Can’t think of anything you could do better.
