INSPIRED INNOVATION
Peach Crumble is a Southern classic in the spring and summer, celebrating the sunshine-packed beauty of ripe, juicy peaches plucked from farmer's markets and roadside fruit stands. When setting out to create this recipe, we wanted to capture the crunchy-sweet, oat and nutty topping and the fragrant, sweet and tangy flavor of this stunning seasonal stone fruit. We hope you agree this nut butter does just that, thanks to a peanut base studded with Evie's Sweet and Salty Pecans and house made granola, accented with real peaches, cinnamon, raw Organic honey, coconut nectar, and Jacobsen sea salt to round it out. It's the first nut butter spin on this tasty treat, created (as always!) without any artificial flavors, colors, or ingredients.

I hope this one sticks around because it is the only thing that even competes with their Pistachio Crunch. The texture is OUTSTANDING! The granola bits remain delightfully crunchy, and the pecan chunks are a nice surprise. This offering is a little sweeter than most of their products, but it is balanced by a deep cinnamon flavor and a healthy saltiness.
Beyond this product in particular, Big Spoon is dedicated to premium quality ingredients, and and a simple ingredient list. It's an indulgence that I will continue to make room for.
