Add your own personal color and flavor to this peanut butter marinated tempeh. An easy weeknight meal that you can dress up or down with veggies, made with our classic Peanut Butter with Wildflower Honey, but feel free to spice up with Sweet Heat Peanut Butter instead!
INGREDIENTS
- 1 8oz block tempeh
- 1 ½ Tbsp sesame oil
- 2 Tbsp Big Spoon Roasters Peanut Butter with Wildflower Honey or Sweet Heat Peanut Butter
- 2 Tbsp of tamari
- 2 Tbsp lime/lemon juice
- 3 Tbsp maple syrup
