Tiramisu Banana Bread


When we saw @Oatsngelato’s recipe for Tiramisu Banana Bread, we absolutely *had* to try it with our Tigerwalk Espresso Almond Butter! Just take one look at the texture of this bread and you’ll see why it’s our latest breakfast obsession. ⁠

INGREDIENTS ⁠

Frosting: 1 cup Greek yogurt (For a sweeter taste, substitute dairy-free whipped cream or frosting) ⁠


PREPARATION

  1. In a large bowl, mash bananas by hand. Add eggs, maple syrup, and Tigerwalk Espresso Almond Butter and mix until smooth. ⁠
  2. Sift and whisk in oat flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda and salt. ⁠
  3. Pour batter into a non-stick loaf pan and bake at 350° F for 30-40 minutes (constantly checking, I ended up baking it for 30 minutes). ⁠
  4. Let bread cool completely. Then, spread Greek yogurt + sift cocoa powder on top. ⁠
  5. Enjoy! ⁠
