One of the perks offered in our 2022 crowdfunding campaign to support our new HQ renovation was the opportunity to bring back a favorite seasonal or “retired” nut butter recipe no longer in production. Cherry Granola Almond Butter is the first of these throwback recipes to return, and we were so excited to make it again!
Our Cherry Granola Almond Butter is a nostalgic ode to winding hikes through the Blue Ridge mountains, days spent soaking up the sun along the seashore, and waking up hungry near a smoldering campfire. Enter the perfect breakfast—homemade granola, full of toasted oats, crunchy nuts, chunks of dried fruit, and a bit of maple sweetness.
This bright and sunshine-y nut butter is the first of its kind, featuring a smooth almond butter base, crunchy pieces of Michele’s Granola, tart dried cherries, and organic pecans, all perfectly balanced with touches of organic Vermont maple syrup and Jacobsen sea salt. We love spreading it on s’mores, topping toast, accessorizing oatmeal, and spooning it right from the jar.
