"I'm so glad I live in a world where there are Octobers." - L.M. Montgomery
We’re bringing back a past favorite for our October seasonal jam, Fiddlehead Farm Salted Caramel Apple Butter! Created from gala apples (from Silver Creek and Seaman’s Orchards in Tyco, VA), brown sugar, Muddy Pond Sorghum (yep, just like in our Crunchy Sorghum PB!), lemon juice, sea salt, and just a touch of vanilla, this apple butter is a blissful autumnal delicacy, perfect for spreading on cinnamon swirl bread, atop oats, or—perhaps the choice of many Southerners—sandwiched in a homemade buttermilk biscuit. But if we’re being honest, we’re putting it on practically everything in sight.
Fiddlehead Farm is an award-winning micro-jammery and farm located on five acres, just down the road in Pittsboro, NC. They only use the best local, seasonal ingredients sourced directly from their farm and producers they trust to create their delicious jams, finishing salts, and hot sauces. Their mission and line of products were born from their desire to feed others well and treat the earth with care - a shared passion we can absolutely get behind.
We’re thrilled to bring you this mouthwatering Fiddlehead Farm Salted Caramel Apple Butter, available a la carte or in our featured October PB&J and AB&J pairings while supplies last!
