Tropical Dragon Fruit Smoothie Bowl

Sometimes we can get into a smoothie rut. This recipe came from an urge to have something a little different. We love the sweet, tart flavor of all the tropical ingredients in the smoothie, paired with a creaminess of our new Cashew Butter with Coconut Nectar & Sea Salt. Hope you enjoy!


Serves 2-3




Smoothie 1 ½ cup milk (we used homemade almond milk) ½ cup orange juice 1 ½ cup frozen tropical blend 1 banana 2 packets frozen pitaya 3 tbsp chia seeds (optional) 3 tbsp hemp seeds (optional)


Toppings 1 mango, cut into slices 2 kiwis, cut into half moon pieces 1 banana, cut into slices 1 cup granola ¼ cup Coconut ¼ cup Cashew Butter with Coconut Nectar & Sea Salt


Directions: Blend all smoothie ingredients in blender starting on low and moving to high speed. You may need to stop and stir once or twice. Blend until smooth. Divide into bowls. Depending on size it should make 2-3 bowls. Divide toppings amongst bowls and enjoy!
